Organic Herbal Tea
Today I wish to introduce you to an awesome brand of tea.
Most days I start with a cup of Nespresso from my Vertuo, but there are times where I crave tea instead. This is especially true during the evenings when I don’t want any caffeine.
This is where Pukka Herbal Teas come in.
There are so many selections of different brands of tea. Whether you go to the grocery store or shop online, the options are pretty endless. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with choices.
The first way I narrow things down is by how good the branding is. It may sound bad, but in this case I am judging the book by its cover. The way I see it is if a company puts the effort into having a gorgeous design, then they most likely also are putting in the time to have a fine product.
I don’t just assume because the brand is attractive that it is of high quality, but it is a good way for me to narrow down the vastness of the tea world. Once becoming attracted to the lovely box, then it’s as simple as looking further into the company to solidify the choice.
In this instance, Pukka is beautiful, eco-friendly, great quality, and most of all tasty. Their teas caught my eye right away when I first saw them at my local grocery store.
Check out this video to get an idea of how awesome their marketing campaign is.
Then afterwards take a look at how sexy the Pukka tea artwork is. I’m totally in love with the colors and overall design.
Turmeric Glow
Golden turmeric - the queen of herbs whose legendary qualities are the heart of this creation. The lift of lemon, aromatic cardamom and enriched with organic green tea, this is a recipe to celebrate life's majesty. Sip and feel the glow of this delicious blend and its shining golden light.
This blend is my first choice whenever all I want is a yummy tea. Lemon has always been my favorite pairing with tea and the added blend of turmeric gives it an extra little kick.
Three Ginger
The world's favorite spice - ginger. It knows important things. So when fires fizzle and yawns roam free, rekindling starts with a feast of sweet galangal and golden turmeric. A trio of golden roots that glow from the inside. Warm yourself anytime with this wisely delicious brew.
If I am feeling the need for some spice in my day, then I go for this blend. The ginger is a great way to get some fire-like energy without the use of caffeine.
Supreme Matcha Green
Pure herbs that offer essential ways to be supremely you. Emerald matcha - blending its magic with three exceptional organic teas. Mornings are clean, green and supreme. Welcome to a whole new world.
This blend is my choice for a a coffee replacement in the morning. It has some caffeine in it and the green tea flavor is great. There is a slight hint of powder texture thanks to the matcha. It’s not quite as bubbly as a regular matcha tea would be, but it’s still an awesome choice.
Elderberry & Echinacea
Echinacea - long-known friend of those under the weather. Paired here with a deep bed of ripe wild fruits: the purple-black elderberry and inky blackcurrant. Brilliant berries for seasonal needs. All blessed by the fragrance of FairWild elderflower. Stay warm and replenish with a blend fit for life once again.
This was my most recent pick up. I’ve only tried it once so far, but I really enjoyed it. The best way for me to describe it would be an Ayurvedic medicine mixed with fruit. It seems like just what someone under the weather would need.
Chamomile, Vanilla, and Manuka Honey
Embrace the web of modern life and allow the tangles to unwind. Here is a pool of serenity. Sweet vanilla and manuka honey with deliciously supportive chamomile. Nature's most treasured botanicals woven to make every cup a moment of blissful tranquillity.
This is the perfect choice to help wind down before bed. Be careful not to drink too large of a cup though, otherwise you will be waking up in the middle of the night to empty your bladder.
Feel Your Power
Every Pukka tea uses the highest grade organic herbs. Each one blending our herbal wisdom with delicious flavors to help you lead a fairer happier life.
The process to make tea is so simple. All you need is a way to boil your water. I prefer using a water kettle such as this one. Just flip the switch down and within a minute or two you have boiling hot water. Then you just pour the water over the tea bag in your choice of cup. Let it infuse for about 15 minutes and your finished.
I never add anything to my tea because I love the original flavor. Some may add honey, agave, or another sweetener. Ice cubes will help cool it off quicker, but I am never in a rush. I just let mine cool off a bit and drink it fairly warm.
If you are a tea lover or curious to start drinking tea, then I highly recommend you check out the different herbal tea offerings from Pukka.
