Two plates of food from two very different meals. They tasted as good as they looked.
The first, a "flat omelette" the book said. I thought it was called a frittata... Simple: grated courgettes (zucchini), butter, olive oil, butter and either oreganum or marjoram - fresh. I used the former. With cheese (preferably a hard, sharp flavoured one) for the topping. There is a knack to getting it out of the pan and on to the plate, unscathed. More in the cooking than the plating.
The second was also the second time I made a Ukranian radish salad. This time on a bed of wild rocket. A combination I'd recommend.
Until next time, be well

I am doing my best to post every day for November as part of 's twice yearly #HiveBloPoMo challenge. This is my third attempt. Why not join the fun? Traci's full post is here
And then there's more:
- If this post might seem familiar, it's because I'm doing two things:
- re-vamping old recipes. As I do this, I plan to add them in a file format that you can download and print. If you download recipes, buy me a coffee. Or better yet, a glass of wine....?
- and "re-capturing" nearly two years' worth of posts because of this.
