Hi, my #NaturalMedice friends, I had days with a craving for Broccoli, when I saw the contest (Plant Cooking challenge) entry I was excited because I had broccoli in the house until I read again and understood that it was cauliflower that they were asking for, anyway I killed my broccoli craving and I will share with you how I made it.

-Auyama - Cebolla
- Aceite de Oliva
-Sal y Piemienta - Un chorrito de leche
- Broccoli
-pumpkin - Onion
- Olive Oil
-Salt and pepper - A splash of milk
Lavamos bien nuestros ingredientes y procedemos a cortar en cuadritos la ceolla y la auyama. Además del brócoli.
Luego a fuego lento vamos a precalentar el sartén.
We wash our ingredients well and proceed to cut the onion and the pumpkin into cubes. In addition to the broccoli.
Then over low heat, we are going to preheat the frying pan.
Iniciaremos con las cebollas, dejmos que suelten su sabor e icorporamos la auyama. Esperamos que se caramelice la cebolla. Esto le aporta un rico sabor.

Un poquito de leche líquida y tapamos, dejamos unos 5 minutos más y listo.
Yo lo serví con arroz.
