We all know "karla" as a vegetable. Karla has multiple nutrients, which meet the needs of different types of nutrients in the human body. However, many people dislike it for its bitter taste. But this bitter taste of karla has more than one nutrient.
Different types of people eat karla in different ways. Some are fried, some are mashed, some are made into juice, some are cooked as salad and some are cooked as curry.

We usually eat karla as a fry. However, all the members of my family have been eating more and more karla bhaji lately. Because my children have worm symptoms. And I try not to give any kind of medicine to the children very easily. I always try to give them home remedies. So I encourage them to eat more of this karla bhaji. To protect against worm infections. As we all know, the enzymatic compounds in karla act as anthelmintics.
Here I am sharing with you the recipe for frying karla in the roof garden of the house.
First, I cut the karla into small pieces for frying. To reduce the bitter taste in the karla, I cut two potatoes into small pieces. Then I washed them well with water.
Then I chopped onion, garlic and chilli.
Then heat soybean oil in a pot in the oven and fry onion, garlic and chilli powder in it. Then I mixed salt and turmeric powder to taste and poured the potatoes and pumpkins.
After stirring for 5/6 minutes, I took it off the stove when it was cooked. Then it felt like nectar to eat this hot frying pan with hot rice.
