Still in the atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan, soon Muslims around the world will have the month of Shawwal, where at the beginning of that month Muslims will celebrate the Eid al-Fitr.
However, in the atmosphere of the month of Ramadan for today there are several activities that I do as usual, one of which is breaking the fast with dates originating from Saudi Arabia. The dates were a gift from a friend of mine, he gave a portion of these dates to me in the afternoon.
As time goes by, I enjoy these dates when it's time to break the fast, they taste very delicious, the sweetness of the dates is on my tongue, the fruit is so soft it makes me want to eat it all the time. Iftar with dates and a glass of water is very fun, simple but full of blessings.
Dates originating from Arabic land do have many benefits for the human body, they are able to prevent various chronic diseases, improve digestion, increase fertility, become a solution for the diet period, maintain sugar stability in the body and prevent anemia. There are many more benefits contained in these dates, health experts around the world even suggest consuming this fruit for the health of the human body.
