I am really excited to share this smoothie recipe with you. It's been more than a month since I started drinking the miraculous smoothie and the results were astonishing. My hair fall had been so crazy I didn't believe anything would actually help. But this smoothie was a game changer and here are the ingredients you'll need:
40 grams of peanuts (shells removed)
(Biotin, Vitamin E)
Two fully ripened banana
(Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin B6, C)
Half a glass of coconut milk taken from a fresh coconut
(Lauric Acid, Protein, and several Vitamins)
Soak the peanuts in fresh drinking water overnight. Make sure you don't add too much of water. Just enough to soak them properly. The next morning, mix all the three ingredients in the blender or mixer and voila, you're smoothie is ready. Do not drain the water in which you soaked the peanuts. Just add them to the blender. And do not remove the skin of the peanuts. You need them too.
Drink the smoothie first thing in the morning when your stomach is empty. This smoothie can replace your breakfast because it is very filling. But don't be afraid to have breakfast later in case you're hungry. You'll be able to notice a difference after two weeks of daily consumption. This smoothie can be consumed by people of all age groups.
