Be open and aware:
- Mental resistance may show up.
- Listen to your body, differentiating the different pains(stiffness, emotional, mental, injury, forcing a posture that the body is not ready yet).
- For those of you who are brand new to yoga might feel sore muscles the next day. Experienced yoga students may find this challenge a bit boring and easy. If so, use it as a base and bring pranayama to the practice(example: ujjayi).
