Now that most of the work is done in making Garden space it has been nice to be relaxing and even starting to do meditations again during the day. Yesterday knocks on the Caravan door as I was doing a guided meditation just as it was sinking sinking sinking sinking into the earth time.
I was recently introduced to spinal breathing after searching for a meditation to do with qi flow (is it spelled like that?!) because had said she was interested in doing Qigong. the meditation I was practicing was still playing on the phone, but it has gone really deep and was talking about tunnels and lights and stuff so I stopped it and suggested that we did a short meditation (guided from online) and we did it!

I found a 6 Minute long body scan and I know that body scans are great for relaxing and grounding yourself, and even to help you to fall asleep when the mind is racing.
doesn't think she has enough time to squeeze in time to meditate during the day, but actually she does and there was! I said after a few minutes of chatting "We could have already done some meditation!" building up to get her to do one with me 😉
The funny thing about meditation is that it's an exercise to calm firstly the mind from over thinking, and to relax it with the body aswell (simple meditation) - the Mind itself though will overpower the person and creates the decision of a problem why it is you can't quite do the exercise, its not the right time.

The Mind doesn't want to contribute to loosing its own power that it has over your decision making (its a survival thing) and this is why people find it so hard to actually sit down and meditate even if they wanted to do it since years - the voice in the head always had an excuse because if you try it, you throw a blanket over the mind and block its dictatorship.
After the 6-minute body scan we were quite relaxed and I suggested that we try another one for 10 minute and randomly picked one from online. When it had finished I said it was actually 16 minutes long but the funny thing about meditation is that time goes much faster than it feels.
22 minutes of meditation in total, in the middle of the day! I might try get her to do it again today 🤣
This started out as a garden update post, but I honestly I do forget the shit is still happening with the One World Government clearly taking shape, so this is a post for #hive-vibes, and to get people more motivated to take even just 6 minutes of meditation especially if they have always wanted to do it but have never got around to doing it (hahaha hundreds of people if not thousands)
Anyone who believes in Anarchy must meditate otherwise they are controlled under the rule of an entity, and even worse is this Authoritarian Entity is not outside of us - it is in our own heads!
Maybe you are in the non-necessary quarantine and have meditated yourself (and still do?) and are living with people who don't meditate but want to - you can influence them. The easiest is a body scan one to show people or to try yourself because the body is in everyday life, everyone is familiar with it.
Many nations are under house arrest and deprived of physical freedoms and they realize this after have already been manipulated mentally by the media coverage. Stress has been a biggest killer since a long time anyway, and stress from careers and pressure of society and earning money and all that bullshit has increased a lot of heart diseases and deaths caused by stress since as long as I can remember. The same people that told you to get a job and told your parents to tell you to get a job and told everyone to be successful by working working working and paying tax, are fundamentally the same people telling you to stay at home in fear and creating more stress do the same people.
We are being introduced to 5G as well and people are basically the test guinea pigs for this so if you live in a city you are being tested only 5G. 5G is frequencies which is found to effect aspects of our health of that we have not even witnessed before. It will (better said, already is) affect our moods and it will affect our decision making and belief systems, energy levels and sleep patterns - that's just at the start.
