Maybe we cannot balance life, but at least it is in our hands to balance our bodies. We must not forget that our body needs a balance. After all, isn't everything in life just about balance? Such as night - day, good - bad, light - dark, less - more. None of these can exist alone. Each one creates each other.

I learned that nothing else matters but me, nothing more than me. Everything was fine for those who upset me, but why would I be so sorry for my own health? Is it worth doing this to ourselves? Our biggest enemy is ourselves. Even though others make us sad, we internalize the situation more and put ourselves in deep depression.

Sometimes I take off my shoes and step on the ground with bare feet, regardless of what the environment thinks. I feel like Mother Earth is pulling all the negative energies in my body from me. I hug the trees and tell them how beautiful they are. Be sure to do this. You will feel that you are one with nature. For me, land treats everyone equally. It gives everyone their right without discrimination. I think we will be happier when we establish a balance of life without moving away from the ground.
Nothing lasts forever in the world. We have to accept the existence of death. Everything is born, grows, dies and is buried. Then it reaches the soil and from there to a plant. The life cycle continues in this way. Be aware of this. We will all die one day. Even so, why don't you still value yourself? Life is trying to keep us in a game of balance somehow. When we return to the point where we started after getting everything in order, let's first look for our deficiency within ourselves. This may take years, but we will definitely reach our center one day.
