Today from @AgroVision I want to share with all my friends of #HIVE and with all those members who like to eat healthy food, some incredible ideas about the benefits of eating fruits, let's remember that fruits have positive properties for health, this due to the extraordinary composition of important vitamins such as C, A or B and others that provide nutrients to our body.
▶ Most fruits are rich in vitamin C, therefore by consuming fruits we obtain antioxidant benefits naturally, on the other hand, ingesting vitamin C helps us to heal wounds and strengthen the immune system.

Among the fruits that provide acceptable levels of vitamin C is the pineapple, hence the pineapple is considered a highly healthy tropical fruit, which can be included in countless diets based on citrus fruits.
Not everything is rosy or perfect, since diets incorporating an excess of vitamin C can have serious and unfortunate consequences for health, because the elderly cannot metabolize vitamin C at the same rate as a young person.
