Tamarind is very sour but this Thais tamarind sauce is less sour than Vietnamese one. That’s why I mentioned 40gr of brown sugar to balance the sourness of tamarind paste đŸ˜¬. It is very delicious! You should try it because you live next to the sea! Seafood here my place are very very expensive. I only buy seafood with big discounts đŸ˜‚
