For today a fines recipe for pastetli made of veal, mushrooms and cream sauce. Making pastetli yourself is not necessarily. It's a real tasty pleasure anyway.
And this is how it is done: cut one onion, brown it in the warm butter.
Fry 50 grams of veal and for vegetarians only mushrooms or mixed in portions in the hot butter for 3 minutes, add the spices and keep warm. Add leek, bouillon and cream. Bring to a boil, reduce to desired consistency over low heat, mix with thyme, bay leaves, cloves and season with salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix with cornflour, add to the sauce with the meat and mushrooms, cook for about 5 minutes.
Add to it as you wish or what you have in your stock. Pear with joanisberries jelly, potato, carrots, peas, brussels sprouts, broccoli or other vegetables.
Prepare Pastetli according to instructions on the packing. Finely chop the parsley, add to the sauce, spread into the pastetli.
