Today I am going to share a tasty Giblets Recipe in a unique way. Giblets are high-protein foods its good for stamina. and it's really delicious food. this is common street food in my country. most of Asian people like to teat it
Ingredients

| Ginger/Garlic paste | 2 /2 Tabl Spoon |
| Lemon Juice | 2 table spoon |
| red Pepper powder | 2 Table Spoon |
| Green Chillie | 2 or 3 |
| Coriander+cumin Seeds+salt | 1+1+2 tablet spoons |
| Coriander+cumin powder | 1+1 tablet spoons |
| turmaric powder | 1 tablet spoons |
| Oil | 1/2 KG |
| Vinegar | 3 ablet spoons |
| Yogurt | 1/2 KG |
| Gingr, Garlic Paste | 2+2 tablet Spoon |
| Onion | 3 M(edium size) |
| Tomato | 1 |
Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.
Step 1
take mentioned qty of of Giblet and dip it in water. then add 2 or 3 table spoon vinegar and 1+1 table spoon gingar and garlic paste in water then leave it for 20 minutes
Step 2
in the next step take the onions and chop them well
next, take half a cup of oil on the Griddle and warm it on medium flame then fry the onion in oil
after 2 minutes add 1 +1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,1 tablespoon coriander, 1+1 +1 +1 tablespoon cumin, coriander, turmeric, spice powder, and two tablespoons red chillie powder. then mix it well
Mix it properly
now half cup yogurt
next, add some green chillie
Step 3
Now add the Giblet and fry it for 5 munits
in the next cover it for steam bake on medium flame for 25 to 30 Minuts
after that add 1 tabl Spoon salt
Now some Lemon Juice
Step 4
Now finally for finishing add some dry fenugreek leaves
And some ginger slices, green chilies, and fresh coriander.
