The moment you have been waiting for has arrived, so I will show you the ingredients I used for my recipe, and they are the following:
🍴Mayonesa 250Gr
🍴Ajo al gusto
🍴Cilantro al gusto
🍴Cebolla al gusto
🍴1c aceite
🍴1c de vinagre
🍴Mostaza al gusto
🍴Pimienta
🍴1/2c de sal.
🍴>Mayonnaise 250Gr
🍴>Garlic to taste
🍴>Cilantro to taste
🍴>Onion to taste
🍴>1c oil
🍴>1c vinegar
🍴>Mustard
🍴>Pepper
🍴>1/2c salt.
And so I began my preparation.
With the foods previously washed and cut, take the glass of my blender and proceed to add each one of them the mayonnaise, the cilantro, the crushed garlic to blend well, the mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Blend for a few minutes without adding any liquid until everything was integrated, well blended and with a consistency of a thick cream and ready as shown in the photos was my delicious garlic sauce.
Finally place my sauce in a small bold and add a few sprigs of cilantro for garnish.
