Soy amante de la buena comida, y por tal motivo amo cocinar y teniendo niños en casa siempre debo estar ideando comidas y/o postres.

I am a lover of good food, and for this reason I love to cook and having children at home I must always be devising meals and / or desserts.

Por tal motivo hoy les comparto, mi merienda favorita panquecas con avena 🤤

For this reason today I share with you, my favorite snack pancakes with oatmeal 🤤

Está receta es súper sencilla y solo necesitas estos pocos ingredientes:

This recipe is super simple and you only need these few ingredients:

🥞 2 tazas de agua
🥞 Azúcar
🥞 1 huevo
🥞 Harina de trigo
🥞 Avena

🥞 2 cups of water
🥞 Sugar
🥞 1 egg
🥞 Wheat flour
🥞 Oats

Paso a paso.

Step by Step

Agrego 5 cucharadas de azúcar al agua y revuelvo hasta diluir.

I add 5 tablespoons of sugar to the water and stir until dilute.

En un recipiente, rompo el huevo y bato bien.

In a bowl, I break the egg and beat well.

Luego lo agrego al agua azucarada, mezclo y agrego harina poco a poco y sigo mezclando.

Then I add it to the sugar water, mix and add flour little by little and keep mixing.

Con la mezcla ya uniforme, agrego al menos 6 cucharadas de avena y revuelvo hasta integrar.

With the mixture already uniform, I add at least 6 tablespoons of oats and stir until integrated.

Todo lo que resta es cocinarlas. Para lo que coloco a fuego alto una plancha (sartén plano) y dejo calentar, luego unto aceite para evitar que se peguen y agrego un poco de la mezcla, dejo cocinar unos 2 o 3 minutos y doy vuelta y luego de unos minutos más retiro del fuego, unto mantequilla y queso para servir. 🤤

All that remains is to cook them. For what I place a griddle (flat pan) over high heat and let it heat, then I add oil to prevent them from sticking and add a little of the mixture, let it cook for about 2 or 3 minutes and turn and after a few more minutes I withdraw from the heat, butter and cheese to serve. 🤤

Y de este modo, finalizó mi trabajo en la cocina, y bueno no podía faltar el delicioso café con leche para acompañar nuestra rica merienda del día, dedicada a esta plataforma! 😉
