Hello friends, a pleasure to greet you again, this time I want to bring you the preparation of a delicious and exquisite Venezuelan coconut-based drink, we call it COCADA, it is a very tasty and refreshing drink that is consumed very cold and almost slush, it is ideal for those days when the heat is abundant, which in Venezuela is almost always 馃槃馃槃馃槃, there are several ways to prepare it, which I bring you is my method, it is usually prepared with coconut obviously 馃槃, condensed milk , and there are some scientists who add coconut milk 馃, but my version is a little more practical and simple, I show them below.
Hola amigos un gusto saludarles de nuevo, en esta ocasi贸n quiero traerles la preparaci贸n de una deliciosa y exquisita bebida venezolana a base de coco, la llamamos COCADA es una bebida muy sabrosa y refrescante que se consume bien fr铆a y casi granizado, es ideal para esos d铆as que abunda mucho el calor que en Venezuela es casi siempre 馃槃馃槃馃槃, hay varias maneras de prepararla, las que les traigo es mi m茅todo, usualmente se prepara con coco obviamente 馃槃, leche condensada, y hay algunos cient铆ficos que le agregan leche de coco 馃, pero mi versi贸n es un poco m谩s pr谩ctica y sencilla, se las muestro a continuaci贸n.

We started by chopping the coconut with great care not to hurt ourselves, they recommended heating the coconut so that the pulp separates from the shell and thus is easier to separate from it. Once that first step is done, we chop our pulp into small squares, and the coconut water will be used in our cocada.
Comenzamos picando el coco con mucho cuidado de no lastimarnos, me recomendaron calentar el coco para que la pulpa se separe de la concha y as铆 sea m谩s f谩cil de separar de la misma. Una vez hecho ese primer paso picamos nuestra pulpa en cuadritos peque帽os, y el agua del coco la usaremos en nuestra cocada.
For the next step we took it to the blender, but in my case the glass of my blender broke down, so I used a food processor and I had to blend in parts, I added a part of the coconut pulp in pieces together with the sugar and the milk with the water of our coconut.
Para el siguiente paso la llevamos a la licuadora, pero en mi caso el vaso de mi licuadora se me averi贸, as铆 que use un procesador de alimentos y me toc贸 licuar por partes, agregu茅 una parte de la pulpa de coco en trozos junto con el az煤car y la leche con el agua de nuestro coco.
After liquefying or processing the pulp, we can only serve and taste our cocada very cold, and if you like before serving you can add a touch of cinnamon to taste. Luego de licuar o procesar la pulpa solo nos queda servir y degustar bien fria nuestra cocada, y si gustas antes de servir puedes agregar un toque de canela al gusto. 驴Que les pareci贸 la preparaci贸n?
