Me vine desde Cumaná - Venezuela a la ciudad de Caracas porque necesitaba conseguir trabajo, pero también porque la vida allá se estaba volviendo un tanto difícil, dejando a mis amigos, y gran parte de mi familia así que decidí agarrar mis maletas e irme en búsqueda de algo mejor.
I came from Cumaná - Venezuela to the city of Caracas because I needed to get a job, but also because life there was getting a little difficult, leaving my friends and most of my family, so I decided to grab my bags and go in search of something better.
Cumaná es una ciudad grandiosa, llena de gente maravillosa, amable, honesta y trabajadora, pero a pesar de ello hay elementos que no contribuían a mi calidad de vida, como el funcionamiento de los servicios públicos: ya que el servicio de gas,luz y gasolina son deficiente y el poder adquisitivo es bajo porque no es fácil conseguir un empleo estable, y los días se van en pensar que comer y que puedes comprar con lo que tienes, en fin, no vivía si no que sobrevivía. Decidí trasladarme a Caracas, la ciudad más poblada y con mayores oportunidades de Venezuela por ser la capital. Actualmente estoy viviendo con mi hermano y su esposa, los tres nos la pasamos trabajando por lo tanto llegamos súper tarde a nuestra casa cansados, solo pensando en nuestra cama para poder relajarnos un poco.
Cumaná is a great city, full of wonderful, kind, honest and hardworking people, but despite this there are elements that did not contribute to my quality of life, such as the functioning of public services: gas, electricity and gasoline services are deficient and the purchasing power is low because it is not easy to get a stable job, and the days are spent thinking about what to eat and what you can buy with what you have, in short, I was not living but surviving. I decided to move to Caracas, the most populated city and with more opportunities in Venezuela for being the capital. Currently I am living with my brother and his wife, the three of us spend our time working so we arrive home very late, tired, just thinking about our bed to relax a little.
Hoy quise darles una sorpresa ya que es mi día libre.
Decidí prepararles un postre muy famoso en la gastronomía venezolana la muy conocida Marquesa De chocolate, es algo parecido a una torta o pastel pero con un toque más Venezolano, es un dulce que nunca puede faltar en los cumpleaños o fiesta familiar, nadie se puede resistir a este manjar.
Es una receta súper fácil de elaborar y el resultado es para brincar de alegría, lo mejor es que no necesita horno, así mismo como lo estás leyendo no necesita nada de calor, por eso es tan sencillo.

I decided to prepare a very famous dessert in Venezuelan gastronomy, the well known Marquesa De chocolate, it is something similar to a cake or pie but with a more Venezuelan touch, it is a sweet that can never miss at birthdays or family parties, no one can resist this delicacy.
It is a super easy recipe to make and the result is to jump for joy, the best thing is that it does not need oven, just as you are reading it does not need any heat, that's why it is so simple.
Este postre lo puedes encontrar con regularidad en distintos menú de los restaurantes a lo largo y ancho de mi país, está delicia de chocolate es tan famosa, deliciosa y exquisita que su preparación es de menos de media hora y tiene un acabado grandioso y único

Ingredientes:
- ½ taza de leche
- 1 Sobre de pudín
- Azúcar (al gusto)
- Galletas María
Ingredients:
- ½ cup milk
- 1 Envelope of pudding
- Sugar (to taste)
- Maria cookies
- Paso n° 1 Agregar 1/2 de leche líquida en una olla previamente caliente
- Step n° 1 Add 1/2 of liquid milk in a preheated pan.
- Paso n° 2 Cuando la leche esté caliente, agregar azúcar (al gusto)

- Paso n° 3 Agregar el sobre de Pudin y mezclar con movimientos envolventes

- Paso n° 6 Lleva la bandeja a la nevera por lo menos 4 horas para que todo compacte

El rostro de felicidad de mi hermano y su esposa era incomparable, la marquesa había quedado increíble, súper suave, y cremosa como debe de quedar, no tengan miedo en prepararla no se arrepentirán, es súper sencilla y queda súper rica, con esto me despido, gracias por leerme y atento para más contenido de postres sencillos.
