This time I will share a recipe on how to cook special chicken curry for Eid.
Ingredients:
1.chiken
•First prepare the fresh cut chicken then clean it from any dirt or blood that is still attached
2.Seasonings
•Second, clean the spices to be mashed. The spices are:
red chilies
red onions
garlic
turmeric
lemongrass
and coriander
3.Puree the ingredients
The third, if all the ingredients have been cleaned and cut. then you have to grind it first, this time to smooth it I use a pestle or pound it with stones. this is one of the traditional methods in my area.
4.Coconut milk
Then you prepare the coconut milk. Prepare two bowls of fresh coconut milk, add it when the spices have been stir-fried.
5.Cook the spices
Saute the spices until cooked, then pour in the coconut milk and stir until it boils.
6.**Cook the meat with spices
**
Add the meat to the cooked seasonings, stirring constantly for 30 minutes until the spices soak into the meat.
7.Finaly!
If it is cooked, the chicken pot is ready to be served and eaten using warm rice then add a little crackers to add to its enjoyment.
