| Se pelan los plátanos y se pican para hacerlos tostones, después que el aceite este bien caliente se fríen sin que se cocinen totalmente, mientras se hace esto la carne que ya tenemos condimentada y picada la ponemos a cocinar (esto es al gusto de cada quien), al estar estas dos cosas listas se comienza a emplatar. | The bananas are peeled and chopped to make them tostones, after the oil is very hot they are fried without being fully cooked, while doing this the meat that we already have seasoned and chopped we put it to cook (this is to everyone's taste ), when these two things are ready, they begin to be plated. |
| Primero se colocan entre 8 y 10 tostones depende del tamaño del plato que se utilice, en mi caso siempre son 8, después se le coloca la lechuga picada (esto y los tomates son opcionales yo no los utilizo) después se coloca la carne y el queso picado para luego las salsas, a mis hijos les gustan muchísimo las salsas lo que les de que tenga salsa ellos se los comen es por esto que este plato se repite mucho en mi casa. | First between 8 and 10 tostones are placed depending on the size of the plate that is used, in my case there are always 8, then the chopped lettuce is placed (this and the tomatoes are optional I do not use them) then the meat and the Chopped cheese and then sauces, my children really like sauces, whatever they have sauce, they eat them, which is why this dish is repeated a lot in my house. |
