I love to cook cutlets, sometimes I want to eat a cutlet with a sour pickle or salad. I think everyone will understand me. We have a need for the family to cook dietary meals, as I said my wife after surgery, I try to take care of her in terms of cooking more appropriate food for her. And for a few months we experimented and cooked them both steamed and on cabbage leaves so we didn't fry them. But determined the best way for us to cook these cutlets, a minimum of action and the result is excellent. I make my own stuffing, I have a great meat grinder. I recently learned how to sharpen the knife and grate of my meat grinder myself. It's very easy. I have a small circle from a "Bolgar". After wetting it, I sharpen the knife with clockwise motions on it, driving it, pressing it to the circle from the "Bolgar". I also sharpen the grate of a meat grinder. The result is excellent, meat is ground completely, very cool and convenient.
Ready minced meat I salt, add a little water and finely chopped onions. I do not add pepper and spices. If desired, you can add it all. One egg, I mix everything, beat the mince. For 15 minutes it rests. I grease a frying pan with oil, form cutlets, grease them with oil too. I lay them in a pan, add 200 grams of water and stew over low heat for 60 minutes. After they stand for 10-15 minutes, and they are ready. The result is great, without frying you get a great cutlet, dietary and tasty and healthy.
