Preparación:
Lo primero que se realiza es picar y colocar al fuego el pescado para que se afloje, luego lo dejo que se enfríe para esmechar osea desmenuzar, posteriormente pico los aliños y agregué condimento para sofreír,le colocó una porción pequeña de agua.
