There are many things we can do to make ourselves happy, namely by honing ourselves with many skills that interest you. For example, lately I really like me time by exercising and spending a long time at the gym center.
I don't know why that happen, when I at the gym, I felt good, even though I had to sweat because of the pain and fatigue from exercising, but I felt the 'endorphins' that I get after getting through the pain. and tired. Instead of feeling traumatized, I want and want to go back.
Then, when I returned home, while traveling, I felt extremely hungry and needed heavy food. Here, I usually drink 1 scoop of whey protein and continue my activities, namely cooking. Usually, I come home from the gym center at 10.00am and cook for an hour. After that, lunch and other activities continued. I really like to eat a late lunch, skip breakfast and combine it with lunch. The thing is, if I eat breakfast early, I easily feel hungry.
Potato Mozzarella
Different from today, I suddenly felt like eating potato mozzarella, in my imagination it was shaped like a corndog. There is a layer inside the potato that has been mashed and shaped like a croquette, it tastes very delicious when eaten with melted cheese inside.
I think this is the right idea to make potato mozzarella, with mozzarella being high in protein and potatoes as a complement to today's carbohydrates. Luckily, I had a piece of mozzarella and bought 1 kg of potatoes to make it. The base of ingredients for making potato mozzarella is like making potato fritters which I have discussed, however, I will make it have a more complex taste to make it even more delicious.
Ingredients
- 500 gr potatoes
- 100 gr mozzarella (the more the better)
- 1 green onion
- 3 cloves of red onion
- Salt, sugar and chicken stock
- Cooking oil
How to Make Potato Mozzarella
- Wash the potatoes and also cut them into several pieces to make them easier and faster when frying. I fry the potatoes to give them a slightly harder texture so that the outside of the potatoes is more crunchy.
- Fry thinly sliced potatoes and shallots, then drain.
- After the potato fried, cut the green onions and put them in a large bowl. Add the potato and fried shallot, then crush with a fork or the tip of a glass. Wait until the potatoes are cold and can be held directly with your hand.
- Add chicken stock, salt and sugar, stir again so that it is evenly distribute, then take one part in the palm of your hand and put a piece of mozzarella cheese in the middle of the potato mixture.
- Shape into corndogs or croquettes, then fry again in hot oil.
- Potato Mozzarella is ready to be served.
