Today, I want to introduce you one my favorite dish, i usually eaten at dinner that Taichan Satay.
Taichan Satay is satay chicken dip chili sauce very spicy and is commonly eaten with rice cake or rice.
Taichan satay is very popular by young people. Most suitable for fans satay but not like the peanut sauce but really like spicy dishes.
Taichan satay in from meat chicken fillet on a skewer and marinated by a little bit of seasoning so Taichan Satay pale white. However, Taichan Satay is favorite of many people.
During the pandemic, Taichan Satay many close stores due to the interest of buyers decreases. Of the many outlets Taichan Satay, now the only who has a strong capital which still survive.
But don't worry, for those of you lovers of Taichan Satay, you can make it at home.
The ingredients and how to make it very easy. Let's check out the recipe Wita's Kitchen here:
Ingredients:
- 300gr Chicken fillet
- Pinch Blackpepper
- Pinch Coriander
- Pinch Salt
- Lime
- Palm sugar
- 100gr Cayenne pepper
- 3 Shallot
- 300ml Water
- Lime leaves
- Mushroom stock totole brand
How to cook:
- Diced chicken fillets then marinated using lime, pepper, coriander and salt. Marinated for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Skewer the chicken marinated using a skewer satay
- Grilled satay using the grill. Better to use charcoal grill
- Wash the cayenne pepper and shallot, puree with a blender
- Saute and boil cayenne pepper , shallot and water. Put palm sugar, lime leaves and 1 tsp salt.
- Plating Taichan Satay with cayenne sauce and mushroom stock
- Taichan Satay ready to be served
