Salted Egg Recipe

Although being at home or work, I hope you always be happy and become more advanced in the future.
Yesterday, there was bad news come from Indonesia. A famous artist, Vanessa Angel and her husband in a car accident and died in place. Then in social media many news about the chronology of the accident was scattered along with the photos of the crime scene it makes me sad and disappointed. I'm disappointed in all of the photos creepy it is very not worth it for the view. And it's so so scared.
And that is very sad, the two of them left a child that is still young, 2-year-old survivor of the incident. But it was also a lot of people are sympathetic.
It makes me overthinking, crazy yeah! Death is as close as it is, we never know what will happen with our lives in the future!
Okay so the latest news from my country, now back to the topic.
Two weeks ago, my neighbor offered me to buy some duck eggs. She took him from his village namely Serdang Berdagai. The village was once well-known with their fields, because the area was very suitable for planting rice, then also areas that are very suitable to be used as a place to farming chickens, ducks, cows and goats. So many products that can be sold from the area, especially staple food which is commonly used people of Indonesia.
I bought 6 eggs duck, 4 eggs I made to be salted egg, 2 egg I made milk tea eggs. Usually milk tea eggs I give to my husband as a poding (energy enhancer), especially for the might of man *lol.
As for the ingredients and tips to make it is as follows:
Ingredients and tools:
- Duck eggs (make sure not rotten)
- Salt 250 gr (for a maximum of 7 eggs)
- Jar (sterilized)
- Boiled water (warm)
Tips:
- To the use of eggs, make sure to use duck egg because it has a shell that is sturdy and powerful than chicken eggs.
- The use of salt also is considered, using more salt will add a salty taste better than the use of a very little.
- To check that the eggs are rotten, you can immerse it for 3 seconds in the water, if the egg is floating, then the egg was already rotten (rotten eggs had higher levels of oxygen that much so the eggs float)
- Make sure in its manufacture are perfectly clean, because the process of salting the eggs very at risk of failing and can make food poisoning.
