Hello Hivers,
today I would like to share with you a simple but very tasty recipe: sea bass baked in foil with potatoes.
I cooked this dish together with my father (so I don't take all the credit) since I was at his house for the holidays and so we decided to do some family building đ¤Ŗ
The ingredients needed for the preparation (for two people) are:
- 2 sea bass;
- 4/5 medium sized potatoes;
- 2 carrots;
- a baking tray covered internally with baking paper;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- salt;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- pepper;
- some parsley.
The recipe itself is very simple, initially you prepare potatoes and carrots, first peeling them well and then cutting them into small pieces.
They are placed on the parchment paper previously placed on the pan, and seasoned with salt, oil and pepper.
Then the pan is placed in the oven (preheated to 200 ° C) and the potatoes are cooked.
In the meantime, the garlic and parsley must be chopped apart.
The sea bass should be thoroughly cleaned.
Subsequently, the sea bass is filled inside with parsley and finely chopped garlic (and if desired, mixed with oil).
After this operation, take the pan from the oven (the potatoes must be removed when about 20 minutes have passed) and leave the oven still on.
Place the two sea bass inside the pan and place everything back in the oven, leaving it to cook for another 40 min.
At the end of this second cooking, the dish is ready to be served and tasted đ.
I had a lot of fun cooking togheter with my dad, It was also an excellent opportunity to talk a bit, since living in two different cities we don't have many opportunities to see each other.
