Today I am sharing a very easy recipe of traditional food of pakistan , it's known as chicken shami kabab.

Quick and easy chicken shami kabab recipe at home healthy food
chicken shami kabab✨
Ingredients 👇
- (Split bengal gram) 200 gms( soaked 2 hours)
- (Water ) 3-4 cups
- (Chicken bonless cubes ) 1/2kg
- ( Button red chillies) 8-10
- (Ginger garlic paste )1 & 1/2 tbs
- (Salt ) 1 /2 tbs or to taste
- ( Coriander seeds ) roasted and crush
- ( Cumin seeds ) roasted and crush 1 tbs
- ( Coriander leaves ) 1/4 cup
- ( Green chillies) 2-3
- (Whole spices powder ) 1 tsp
- (Black paper)
- (Egg )1 -2
- (Oil for fry)
(Process)👇
In pot add split bengal,water and bring it to boil ,add chicken and mix well .
Add Red chilli flex ,ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander seeds ,black pepper , cumin seeds mix well.
- Cover and cook until tender 6-8 minutes opprox and then cook on high flam to reduce water and let it cool.
- In chopper ,add coriander leaves ,mint leaves , green chillies and grind it . You can grind all these things and cut them finely with the help of a knife and put them in the chicken mixture as it seemed easy. I cut them finely with the help of a knife.
(This is optional) to even a small onion can be finely chopped in the mixture)
Add chicken mixture , whole spices powder , and egg ,grind until well combined .
Wet your hands with water ,take a mixture and make 15 -18 shami kababs of equal size and can be store up to 1 month in freezer .
- In frying pan , heat oil and fry kababs until golden brown .
Then serve with Tomato katchup ,tea or any other food item , ❤️
