It’s almost weekend, there is an amazing ingredient that everyone is supposed to have in their kitchen.. can you guess? It’s Mayonnaise.
Do you want quick salad? You need mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is used to eat bread, sandwiches, shawarma, burger.. just mention it.
One amazing reason why I love my home made mayonnaise is because it gives me the opportunity to monitor what it is made up of, as well as the quantity of the ingredients. It will also save you cost, and stress of going to the store to get mayonnaise. Check out how I make my mayonnaise using Just 4 ingredients.
HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE
- 2 raw eggs
- tablespoon of lemon Juice or vinegar
- half teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of Vegetable oil
- I emptied the raw eggs into a bowl, added my salt.
I used the whisk to mix them together
I used the hand mixer on the mixture check the consistency below.
- you can stop when its thick enough
I added my vegetable oil to the thick paste
I added squeezed my lemon Juice out, ensured the seeds do not enter into my mixture, and then mixed again using the handmixer.
- my mayonnaise is ready, and I used it for my salad.
