My moi-moi with cassava flakes
Ingredients
- 200g of beans
- onions
- Boiled eggs
- frozen food
- salt
- groundnut oil
- pepper
- crayfish
- prawn
- seasoning cubes
- shombo
- Nylon for wrapping
Preparation
- First, I selected my beans to remove stones. I soaked it in water, and the placed it on a mortar and pounded it so that the body can be separated from the chaff.
I placed it inside water and washed it clean.
I placed my crayfish, shombo, pepper, as well as onions in my already washed beans and grounded it into purée form.
In the purée, I added my seasoning, salt, as well as groundnut oil and proceeded into putting the purée into a nylon, and then I added some piece of fish and half egg.
After wrapping, place it in a pot that contains boiling water, and allow to cook for 30-45Mins. Check constantly.
- The moimoi is ready, and can be served.
