Hope you are having a beautiful day just the way I am doing this morning.
Yesterday, I couldn't have home made food for myself because I was too tired to do that, so this morning, I quickly got up from my bed to prepare my breakfast.
Getting to my kitchen I discovered I only have few food stuff left. I had the intention of preparing yam and fresh pepper and tomatoes sauce but to my surprise I found just half tuber of a small yam left.
I decided to combined 3 types of food ( yam, rice and pasta) to give me a different recipe.
ingredients
- yam
- rice
- pasta (spaghetti)
- groundnut oil
- fresh pepper and tomatoes
- onions
- dried fish
preparation process
- par boil the rice and spaghetti together
- peel yam and slice into smaller pieces
- blend the fresh pepper and tomatoes together
- slice the onion and also remove bone from fish
cooking process
place and empty pot on fire and add little quantity of groundnut oil
pour your sliced onion and blended pepper and allow to fry.
add salt and seasoning
add little quantity of water and the fish then cover to boil
after some minutes, add the par boiled rice and spaghetti and finally the sliced yam, cover until well cooked and done
