When one of us has a birthday all collegues enjoy treats. It’s a code to come up with something different, something sweet and it can be home made. I love it, ok it’s not great for our diets when they celebrate with all of us. Why? Well because there is always a birthday to celebrate. Hahahha
This time it was a MACARON
When you look it up it’s two biscuits with filing in between. The macarons are from France. I remember when we were in London in Knightsbridge we saw these to the right in the window. I made a picture for the others but if you look close you see these macarons with rose with lychee one , on the right. Coincidence but it’s a winner.

But nowadays you can buy them everywhere. These came from a pastery shop. They tasted wonderful and raspberry red fillings.
The top biscuit could come of and here you see the filling. The white was a cream. And real raspberries. Must have costed a few euros per macaron. But I don’t know for sure. But you only have a birthday once a year right!
I didn’t even once think of my diet!
