Fo me a task multiple times a week.
You need one big chunk of broccoli.
And boil it 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, it’s not done but good to use it to the final oven fried veggies.
You let the water drip throug a vergiet.
It’s stil hot but without the water from the cooking.
We need cheese and spices. I used kurkuma, red pepper , oil ,
a glass, baking paper and sea salt.
Put the cooking paper on a oven-tray.
I use the paper I also use for baking cookies.
Put the roses of broccoli 🥦 on the oven plate and crush it with a glass.
Try to flatten it but it must be in tact like a cookie.
Cayenne pepper.
Kurkuma.
Rock salt.
Pepper.
OIL.
You put all the spices you desire on the flatten broccoli and top it off with cheese.
The oven pre heated on 250 celcius
I use goat cheese on two pieces as a trial.
The rest I did with Gouda cheese.
In the oven.
Served with slaw and tomatoes.
It looks crunchy, nd delicious.
We had chicken snitzels and fries with it.
Easy peasy and a great way to get the kids eating , in my case broccoli. I also do this, with asparagus.
