SMOKEY BBQ BRAAI MEAT THAT COOKED TWO DAYS
I was the chef 👩‍🍳
I shared many “suddervlees” blogs because my family love meat. The meat is fresh from the butcher and is on the stove for two days. It’s nesseccary to have a the meat become so soft nd “thready”
Now I wanted to add BRAAI herbs. It’s for the bbq and a bit spicy. I bought it in a grinder and the smell AND taste is so nice.
The normal
Ingredients like garlic and beer is the same as always.
Clover is a must and I did two bags of pre cut onions and tomato purree.
It’s the best recipe and the easiest to make because all is out together in the pan and let it cook on 2 days.
Price is 3 euro op and we eat from this dish two days. We eat it with rice.
