Lo primero que hice fue lavar la carne en un colador con un poco de agua, luego la pase a cocinar a fuego bajo. Picamos los aliƱos y cuando la carne cambie a una tonalidad marron le agregamos los aliƱos

Luego lo sasonamos con sal, cubito, salsa de soya y el color para que no nos queda tan palido. Lo dejamos por varios minutos hasta que la carne se cocine completamente al igual que los aliƱos

Ya lista la carne pasamos hacer la pasta, colocamos una olla con suficiente agua le hechamos la sal y cuando el agua este hirviendo le agregamos la pasta, luego la colamos le hacemos un poquito de manquilla o aceite para que no se nos pegue

Coloque dos cucharada de mantequilla en una olla con una cebolla rallada, luego batimos una taza de leche y se la aƱadimos. Junto con una cuchara de harina de trigo, la sal ,la pimienta y el oregano y vamos batiendo hasta que la mezcla se espece

Ya listo todo empezamos a colocar la pasta en una tortera o envase cuadro de vidrio resitente al horno, colocamos la pasta luego la carne molida y por ultimo la crema bechamel

La llevamos al horno por 20 minutos y ya esta listo para disgustar
