Feliz noche hive amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy mi esposo tenía ganas de comer bolitas de carne para el almuerzo y como no hemos podido salir no tenemos aliño solo ajo pero tengo la bendición de que en mi jardinera tengo cebollin, ajo chino, aji y Albahaca y con eso bueno menos la albahaca hice las bolitas de carne, primero las hice redondas y después la aplaste para que se frieran mejor porque no tenía mucho aceite, las bolitas de carne son unos de los pasapalos más usados en las fiestas se pueden servir con salsa rosada, salsa de ajo o solas, también se pueden hacer picantes.
