Hello everyone, today I want to share the dish that is low in budget but it is nutritious and healthy. This dish is called the adobong baguio beans . I bought baguio beans from a friend who is selling online. I was hesitant to buy it because I thought a kilo was expensive because it was free delivery. And because the seller is my friend , I ordered 1/2 kilo of baguio beans so that somehow there will be something left in my budget today. And when the baguio beans were delivered I was very surprised because what I was going to pay was 20php. I smiled because if I go to the market the cost of a kilo of baguio beans is 70php and the fare back and forth is 60php. So I'm happy because I saved on my budget today.
And now I will show you my preparation for cooking adobong baguio beans.
INGREDIENTS
Baguio beans
Carrots
Chicken meat
Long green pepper / espada
Garlic
Onions
Salt
Magic sarap
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
After peeling, washing and cutting the ingredients, I immediately start cooking.
COOKING PROCEDURE
As usual in a hot pot put exact amount of cooking oil. Saute the garlic and onions. Saute it until golden brown.
Add the chicken meat and immediately put soy sauce, magic sarap and a little salt because the soy sauce is already salty. Mix and cover it until the chicken meat is half cooked.
When the chicken is half cooked, add baguio beans and carrots. Mix it and cover.
After a while put the long green pepper and mix it. Cover it again and after a while taste it and if the taste is right you can serve it.
COOKED DISH
What I like about baguio beans is half cooked because I enjoy the crunchiness while chewing.
That's all about my food blog today and hope you enjoy and like it. And see you on my next food recipe.
Thank you so much and have a blessed day everyone.
