Greetings .
Muchas veces tenemos en nuestro refrigerador comida que nos quedó del día anterior, en mi caso lo que casi siempre me sobra es el arroz.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, está práctica receta ideal para el desayuno, y realizada con comida que me había sobrado, se trata de los niditos de arroz y queso.
Many times we have in our refrigerator food left over from the previous day, in my case what I almost always have left over is rice.
Today I want to share with you, this practical recipe ideal for breakfast, and made with food that I had left over, it is the rice and cheese nests.
Para su elaboración utilicé
- 1 taza de arroz cocida
- 1 huevos
- ½ taza de queso rallado
- 1/2 cebolla
- Orégano
- Sal
- Pimienta
For its preparation I used
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 eggs
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ½ onion
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparación| Preparation
Se corta la cebolla en cuadritos muy pequeños y se reserva.
Cut the onion into very small cubes and set aside.
Colocamos el arroz en un bowl, y le agregamos la cebolla, el orégano, el queso, la sal y pimienta, y mezclamos.
Place the rice in a bowl and add the onion, oregano, cheese, salt and pepper and mix
Luego tomamos los huevos y separamos las claras de lo amarillo, las claras las agregamos a la mezcla anterior.
Then we take the eggs and separate the whites from the yellow, the whites are added to the previous mixture.
Seguidamente colocamos un sartén a fuego medio y le añadimos la mezcla de arroz en forma de nido y tapamos por un minuto.
Then place a skillet over medium heat and add the rice mixture in a nest and cover for one minute.
Finalmente, en el centro le agregamos lo amarillo del huevo y volvemos a tapar. Después lo volteamos un minuto y listo.
Finally, in the center we add the yellow part of the egg and cover it again. Then we turn it over for a minute and it’s ready.
