Hello lovers of good food, today I want to talk about the Volcano Pizza, this takes its name from the way they make it is a pizza full of explosion of flavors and Pika's Restaurant was the first place where I heard of it then quickly space by other local, but certainly the best pizza Volcano is the Pika's.
Pika's Restaurant, is creating flavors since 2011, although they have only one location in the parish of Paradise in Caracas, Venezuela, in an area not very traveled by most of the population of the city is a restaurant known by those of us who like to explore new flavors.
Its menu is varied, from pizzas, hamburger, to pastas, grills, excellent salads in its beginnings was born as a local more intended for fast food style and then was expanding more the menu, because really the preferred food of Venezuelans is not fast food, this for us is occasional food, that's why if you do not do something different with authentic flavors, more our, not calaras in the taste of the diners, that will not happen with Pikás as it has authentic flavors and dishes for all tastes.
When you arrive at the restaurant they give you a broth as a starter, while you order the menu, this is something that was very common here and that few restaurants have kept and I really liked this detail.
The Pizza Volcano is a pizza with stuffed edges, which simulates the shape of a crater of a volcano, its edges are filled with mozzarella, pepperoni at the bottom is the pizza is margarita and on this center is accompanied with fries, chicken basket sauce with BBQ and a delicious Caesar salad all an explosion of flavors to taste and enjoy.
This pizza comes only in family size, it is ideal for 4 people, we were 3 adults and we had to order it to go and it has a good price of 25$. This one we accompanied with orangeade, they have a great variety of natural juices, this another positive point of Pikás Restaurant.
Along with the Pizza my nephew wanted to order with the extra caesar salad because like me he loves salads and it was really a good choice, the caesar salad of Pikás is really good, fresh with a rich dressing and that delicious that explodes in the mouth of the crunchy pieces of bacon.

The decoration of the restaurant is the classic of its style, the place is small but every corner has its essence, from the exterior to the bathrooms, the ceiling is also decorated and they have a good lighting, in the center of the restaurant they have an attractive table that is the back half of a red Volkswagen Beetle which was the table we selected this time, it is a place full of details.
The service is excellent, without a doubt you feel at ease, the only thing that bothered me was the level of the music, it is really uncomfortable to have to raise your voice to talk or eat with a thunderous sound, at least for me it is uncomfortable.

Hola amantes de la buena comida, hoy les quiero hablar de la Pizza Volcán, esta lleva su nombre por la forma en que la hacen es un pizza llena de explosión de sabores y Pika´s Restaurant fue el primer lugar donde escuche de ella luego se espacio rápidamente por otros locales, pero sin duda la mejor pizza Volcán es la de Pika´s.
Pika´s Restaurant, esta creando sabores desde 2011, aunque tienen una sola sede en la parroquia el Paraíso de Caracas, Venezuela, en una zona no muy transitada por la mayoría de la población de la ciudad es un restauran conocido por los que nos gusta indagar en nuevos sabores.
Su menú es variado, desde pizzas. hamburguesa, hasta pastas , parrillas, unas excelentes ensaladas en sus inicios nació como un local mas destinado al estilo comida rápida y luego fue ampliando mas el menú, ya que realmente la comida preferida de los Venezolanos no es la rápida, esta para nosotros es comida ocasional.Es por eso que si no haces algo diferente con en sabores auténticos, mas nuestros, no calaras en el gusto de los comensales, eso no pasara con Pikás ya que tiene sabores auténticos y platos para todos los gustos.
Al llegar al restauran te dan una caldo de entrada, mientras ordenas el menú eso aquí es algo que era muy común y que pocos restaurantes han mantenido y me gusto realmente este detalle.
La Pizza Volcán es una pizza que de orillas rellenas, que simula la forma de un cráter de un volcán,sus orillas están rellenas de mozzarella, peperoni en su fondo es la pizza es margarita y sobre este centro se acompaña con papas fritas , pollo a la canasta salsa con BBQ y una deliciosa ensalada cesar toda una explosión de sabores para degustar y disfrutar.
Esta pizza viene únicamente en tamaño familiar, es ideal para 4 personas nosotros que éramos 3 adultos tuvimos que pedir para llevar y tiene un buen precio 25$. Esta la acompañamos con naranjada , tienen una gran variedad de jugos naturales , este otro punto positivo de Pikás Restaurant.
Junto a la Pizza mi sobrino quizo pedimos con las ensalada cesar extra ya que al igual que yo le encantan las ensaladas y realmente fue una buena elección, la ensalada cesar de Pikás es realmente buena , fresca con un rico aderezo y ese delicioso que explota en la boca de los trocitos crujientes de tocinera.

La decoración del restaurante es la clásica de su estilo, el local es pequeño pero cada rincón tiene su esencia, desde el exterior hasta los baños, el techo también esta decorado y tienen una buena iluminación, en el centro de Restauran tienen una atractiva mesa que es la mitad trasera de un Escarabajo Volkswagen rojo que fue la mesa que seleccionamos esta vez, es un lugar lleno de detalles.
La atención es excelente sin duda te sientes a gusto lo único que me molesto fue el nivel de la música, realmente es incomodo tener que elevar la voz para conversar o comer con un sonido estruendoso.Al menos para mi es incomodo.

Pero sin dudan,Pikas Restauran es una buena elección. Si les gusta o quieren probar por primera vez la Pizza Volcán, deben hacerlo en Pika´s, también pueden usar su servicio de delivery,tengo entendido que atienden toca Caracas.
