What Is a Whole-Foods, Plant-Based Diet?
A whole-foods, plant-based diet is a way of eating that celebrates plant foods and cuts out unhealthy items like added sugars and refined grains. Plant-based diets have been linked to a number of health benefits, including reducing your risk of heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, diabetes and cognitive decline.

Where isn't really a clear definition of what a WFPB diet is. Which is quite fucked in my head xD
There is no clear definition of a what constitutes a whole-foods, plant-based diet (WFPB diet). The WFPB diet is not necessarily a set diet — it’s more of a lifestyle.
This is because plant-based diets can vary greatly depending on the extent to which a person includes animal products in their diet.
One thing which confuses me a lot is that fact that Animal Products is "allowed". Doesn't that remove the fact that its called a "Whole Food Plant Based Diet!?!?!?"
How I think about WFPB
I would say that a Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet is a die which is 100% vegan first of all and second of all, everything you eat is minimal processed. 90% Whole Foods and 10% processed (So we can enjoy our Tofu :p)
I honestly just wanted to show you pictures of what I have been eating the past two days but ended up doing some more research on this "diet"
For me.. Its 100% vegan just with a bigger effort for fresh and organic food.
Here we have something I ate yesterday. Its pasta with veggies and 1 block of Tofu.
Today was almost the same. But its chickpeas instead of Pasta.
Its been a long day, so I needed some fast.
