Hola familia de #Hive 🤗🤗!! Espero que se encuentren muy bien. El dia de hoy comparto una receta muy facil y deliciosa que podemos preparar en el hogar. Se trata de una ensalada de remolacha con cebollas, muy rica y llena de color. Amigos espero que esta receta sea de su agrado.
Hello #Hive family 🤗🤗!! I hope you are good. Today I share a very easy and delicious recipe that we can prepare at home. It is a beet salad with onions, very rich and full of color. Friends I hope this recipe is to your liking.
Para la elaboracion utilice los siguientes ingredientes:
~ Remolacha.
Cebolla morada
Cebolla blanca.
Espinacas.
Sal al gusto.
>For the preparation use the following ingredients:
Beet.
Red onion
White onion.
Spinach.
Salt to taste.
Inicie lavando las remolachas y llevando a cocion hasta que esten un poco blandas.
Start by washing the beets and cooking until they are slightly soft.
Luego procedi a retirar las conchas a las cebollas, despues lavarlas juntos con las espinacas y cortarlas en trozos pequeños, asi como muestro en las siguientes fotografias:

Una vez blandas las remolachas, procedi a retirar las conchas y cortarlas en cuadritos pequeños.

Por ultimo coloque en un envase las remolachas juntos a mis demas ingredientes, mezclamos y listo.
