This type of fish has white meat and in particular in my home we love to eat it fried, because its meat is very soft and the unique flavor is also very healthy for children. Ingredients used: Two pieces of fish, oil as needed, garlic, oregano and salt to taste.

Very simple procedure to perform; First I wash my pieces of fish and cut them into slices.
