Ingredientes:
🔸2 Tazas de Harina de Trigo
🔸1 Taza de Azúcar
🔸200 Gramos de Mantequilla
🔸3 Yemas de Huevos
🔸1 Cucharada de Vainilla
🔸2 Cucharadas de Leche Liquida
🔸1 Pizca de Sal
🔸Gelatina sabor a Frambuesa

| 🔸1 Cup of Sugar |
| 🔸200 Grams of Butter |
| 🔸3 Egg Yolks |
| 🔸1 Tablespoon of Vanilla |
| 🔸2 Tablespoons of Liquid Milk |
| 🔸1 Pinch of Salt |
| 🔸Raspberry Flavored Gelatin |

Preparación / Preparation

▪️Empezamos a mezclar la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta integrar.

▪️Agregamos las yemas y mezclamos muy bien.

▪️Agregar la Vainilla.

▪️Agregamos la harina poco a poco, la leche y la sal, hasta integrar.

Gradually add the flour, milk and salt, until integrated.

▪️Envolvemos en papel film y llevamos a la nevera por aproximadamente 30 minutos.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

▪️ Dividimos la masa en porciones, usamos el cortador de galletas y llevamos a una bandeja previamente untada de mantequilla y harina, aplastamos en el centro, con ayuda de un tenedor pinchamos en el centro. Llevamos al horno por aproximadamente 12 Minutos.

We divide the dough into portions, use the cookie cutter and take to a tray previously greased with butter and flour, flatten in the center, with the help of a fork prick in the center. We take it to the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
