Saludos querida Comunidad, hoy está de cumpleaños número 7 mi pequeña hija Antonellla Lucía, mi segundo regalo de Dios, y quise sorprenderla con un delicioso, nutritivo y divertido desayuno.
Los ingredientes que utilicé :
• Harina de trigo
• Huevo
• Aceite comestible
• Azúcar
• Polvo de hornear
• Leche líquida
• Fresas y manzanas
• Leche condensada
Greetings dear Community, today is my little daughter Antonellla Lucía's 7th birthday, my second gift from God, and I wanted to surprise her with a delicious, nutritious and fun breakfast.
The ingredients I used:
• Wheat flour
• Egg
• Edible oil
• Sugar
• Baking powder
• Liquid milk
• Strawberries and apples
• Condensed milk
Preparación:
En un bolw mezclar la harina, huevo, aceite, una cucharadita de polvo de hornear, azúcar, la leche y batir muy bien hasta integrar todo.
Luego en una sartén precalentado a fuego medio engrasado, vertiremos un poco de la mezcla, cuando se le hagan burbujas la volteamos, mientras tanto vamos cortando algunas fresas.
Al estar listas las panqueques decoramos al gusto con las fresas, yo decore en forma de tortuga, uno de sus animales favoritos.

Luego licuamos algunas fresas con agua, un poco de azúcar y colamos, nos quedará listo el jugo.

Y para la ensalada picamos en cuadros pequeños fresas, manzana y le untamos leche condensada.

Finalmente organizamos el desayuno en una bandeja yo le anexe una galleta y un pequeño cakes que había comprado anteriormente. Le lleve el desayuno a mi niña a la cama y se emocionó mucho estaba encantada, ver su cara de alegría y escuchar su sonrisa es mi mayor recompensa y así comenzó su día de especial!
