Feliz noche amigos. Hoy les traigo esta receta de deliciosos churros, desde hace día quería hacerlos y hoy me animé a prepararlos y son tan deliciosos.

Para hacer estos churros necesitamos:
- 400 gr de harina de trigo.
- 1 cucharadita de sal.
- 20 gr de azúcar.
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
- 500 ml de agua.
- 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
- 1 huevo.
- Arequipe o chocolate para decorar los churros.
To make these churros we need:
- 400 gr of wheat flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 20 g of sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 500 ml of water.
- 1 tablespoon butter.
- 1 egg.

Vamos a comenzar colocando el agua en una olla a calentar.
We are going to start by placing the water in a pot to heat.
A esta agua le agregamos la sal.
To this water we add the salt.
Ahora agregamos el azúcar.
Now we add the sugar.
También agregamos la mantequilla.
We also add the butter.
A nuestra harina de trigo le vamos a agregar la cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
We are going to add the teaspoon of baking powder to our wheat flour.
Una vez que el agua está hirviendo, vamos a agregar la harina de una sola vez y con una paleta integramos bien.
Once the water is boiling, we are going to add the flour at once and with a trowel we integrate well.
Ahora agregamos el huevo y seguimos mezclando.
Now we add the egg and continue mixing.
Aquí ya tenemos la mezcla lista. La vamos a colocar en una manga pastelera. Necesitamos que sea una manga fuerte ya que está masa es bastante espesa.

Aquí tenemos nuestros churros. Esperando que el aceite esté bien caliente para poder freirlos.

Cuando el aceite está caliente colocamos los churros a freír hasta que estén bien dorados.
