Hoy les traigo una deliciosa torta de parchita, gracias a mi amiga

Los ingredientes que necesitamos son los siguientes:
2 tazas de azúcar.
250 gr de mantequilla.
4 tazas de harina de trigo.
6 huevos.
1 taza de jugo de parchita.
vainilla.

250 gr of butter.
4 cups of wheat flour.
6 eggs.
1 cup of passion fruit juice.

Vamos a comenzar agregando la mantequilla y 1 taza de azúcar y vamos a batir esto muy bien.
- We are going to start by adding the butter and 1 cup of sugar and we are going to beat this really well.
Ahora vamos a separar las claras de las yemas.
- Now we are going to separate the whites from the yolks.
Por aquí tenemos ya todo preparado. La mantequilla bien cremada. Las claras las batimos con la taza de azúcar que reservamos al principio.
- Here we have everything ready. The well-cream butter. We beat the whites with the cup of sugar that we reserved at the beginning.
A la mantequilla le vamos a agregar las yemas y las integramos bien a la preparación.
- We are going to add the yolks to the butter and integrate them well into the preparation.
Ahora vamos a incorporar la harina de trigo.
- Now we are going to incorporate the wheat flour.
Y ahora vamos a agregar la taza de jugo de parchita. Yo dejé el jugo bien concentrado para que aporte más sabor a la torta.
- And now we are going to add the cup of passion fruit juice. I left the juice well concentrated to add more flavor to the cake.
Vamos a agregar las claras batidas a la mezcla de la torta, y sin mezclar demasiado para no quitar el aire que incorporamos a las claras.
- We are going to add the beaten whites to the cake mixture, and without mixing too much so as not to remove the air that we incorporate into the whites.
Así queda nuestra mezcla.
- This is our mix.
Vamos a colocar la mezcla en nuestro molde y vamos a llevar al horno.
- We are going to place the mixture in our mold and we are going to put it in the oven.
Así luce nuestra torta cuando la sacamos del horno.
- This is how our cake looks when we take it out of the oven.
Ahora vamos a preparar un merengue para decorar la torta, pero está vez en vez de utilizar agua vamos a usar jugo de parchita para preparar el almíbar y así nuestro merengue también tenga sabor a parchita.
- Now we are going to prepare a meringue to decorate the cake, but this time instead of using water we are going to use passion fruit juice to prepare the syrup so that our meringue also has a passion fruit flavor.
Aquí tengo 4 claras y para el almíbar utilice media taza de jugo de parchita y 300 gr de azúcar.
- Here I have 4 egg whites and for the syrup I used half a cup of passion fruit juice and 300 grams of sugar.
Así luce el almíbar y el olor es muy sabroso.
- This is how the syrup looks and the smell is very tasty.
Así luce el merengue cuando ya está listo, este no me quedo tan firme como otras veces pero si muy delicioso.
- This is how the meringue looks when it is ready, it is not as firm as other times but it is very delicious.
