Buenas noches amigos hoy te enseñaré como hice estás dos tortas. Vaya que hice bastante mezcla para hacer está torta, a mis clientes últimamente les esta gustando mucho la torta de parchita.
- Good night friends, today I will show you how I made these two cakes. Well, I made a lot of mix to make this cake, my clients have been really liking the passion fruit cake lately.
Para hacer estás tortas necesitamos:
1200 gr de harina de trigo.
1000 gr de azúcar.
15 huevos.
625 gr de mantequilla.
2 1/2 de jugo de parchita.
To make these cakes we need:
1200 gr of wheat flour.
1000 gr of sugar.
15 eggs.
625 g of butter.
2 1/2 of passion fruit juice.
Vamos a colocar la mantequilla y la mitad de la azúcar y comenzamos a batir hasta que la mantequilla cambie de color.
- We are going to place the butter and half of the sugar and begin to beat until the butter changes color.
Vamos a separar las claras de las yemas.
- We are going to separate the whites from the yolks.
Y es momento de agregar las yemas a nuestra mezcla.
- And it's time to add the yolks to our mix.
Y ahora vamos a agregar la harina de trigo que pasamos por un colador.
- And now we are going to add the wheat flour that we pass through a strainer.
Y es momento de agregar uno de los ingredientes más importantes de nuestra mezcla, el jugo de parchita.
- And it's time to add one of the most important ingredients in our mix, passion fruit juice.
Recuerdan las claras y la azúcar que reservamos es momento de hacer un merengue.
- Remember the whites and the sugar that we reserve it is time to make a meringue.
Es momento de agregar nuestro merengue a la mezcla.
- It's time to add our meringue to the mix.
También agregamos un poco de vainilla y nuestra mezcla está lista.
- We also add a little vanilla and our mix is done.
De esta mezcla sacamos 3 tortas. Una más grande y dos más pequeñas.
- From this mixture we get 3 cakes. One larger and two smaller.
Y así lucen las tortas que ya están listas.
- And that's how the cakes that are ready look like.
Y dos de nuestras torta las armamos así y la decoramos con merengue azul para un pequeño que celebrar su primer año.
- And we put together two of our cakes like this and decorate it with blue meringue for a little one to celebrate their first year.
Y con los accesorios finales así quedó la torta.
- And with the final accessories, that's how the cake was.
Por aquí tenemos merengue italiano blanco y rojo para decorar otra de las tortas.
