Me quedó mantequilla con chispas de chocolate del pastel que les mostré en la publicación anterior, puse una cantidad de esa mantequilla en un envase para mezclar.

I had chocolate chip butter left from the cake I showed you in the previous post, I put a quantity of that butter in a mixing container.

Mezclo la mantequilla y agrego un chorrito de vainilla.

I mix the butter and add a splash of vanilla.

Agrego un huevo y azúcar y mezclo todo.

I add an egg and sugar and mix everything.

Luego puse un poquito de harina de trigo ví que me quedó muy aguada la masa.

Then I put a little wheat flour, I saw that the dough was very watery.

Así que agregué más harina hasta que se puso consistente y moldeable, lo llevé al refrigerador diez minutos.

So I added more flour until it got consistent and moldable, I put it in the fridge for ten minutes.

Luego saco la masa del refrigerador, se hace el enharinado de la bandeja donde se hornea.

Then I take the dough out of the refrigerator, the flour is made on the tray where it is baked.

Con ayuda de una cucharilla ponemos bolitas de masa en la bandeja. Llevamos al horno precalentado.

With the help of a teaspoon we put balls of dough on the tray. We take to the preheated oven.

Hornee a 180 centígrados por 15 minutos y deje enfriar.

Bake at 180 centigrade for 15 minutes and let cool.

Siempre dejo que las galletas de éste estilo enfríen antes de comerlas. Así no se desmoronan al tomarlas porque son suavecitas.

I always let cookies of this style cool before I eat them. So they do not fall apart when you take them because they are soft

Luego de servir las galletas me puse a hacer mi té.

After serving the cookies I started making my tea.

La marca que uso de té negro se llama Carrefour Bio el cual es una marca ecología y no muy costosa en los supermercados de mi país.

The brand that I use for black tea is called Carrefour Bio which is an ecological brand and not very expensive in the supermarkets of my country.

Tomé las bolsitas y las coloqué en agua hirviendo...

I took the sachets and placed them in boiling water...

Luego de unos cuatro minutos con el fuego del agua apagado, ese fue el resultado.

After about four minutes with the water fire off, that was the result.

Para servir siempre el té negro recomiendo algo que endulce yo uso azúcar y también jugo de limón para realzar sabores.

To always serve black tea, I recommend something that sweetens, I use sugar and also lemon juice to enhance flavors.

Poco a poco voy sirviendo mi té en la tasa con azúcar y jugo de limón.
