Making recipe myself is always a great pleasure to me. Being a teenager and youngest in my family I don't need to cook .But, occasionally I make receive as it gives me lots of pleasures. Today I gonna share a fish fry recipe. Locally this fish is known as Lote fish. It has very nice health benefits for its mineral neutrinos and proteins.
I have made spicy fish fried
Ingredients I used:
Fish 600gm
Ginger
Garlic paste
Onion
š¶ Red Chili
Garam Masala
Cumin powder
Meat Masala
All The spices mentioned above
The fish were cut in proper pieces and washed in pure water. I added some salt and turmeric power and kept it for some time.
First, I heat the pan and put oil on it. On medium flame I added all spice and cook it until nice spicy smell come. It took 5 minutes.
When the spices were cooked properly I added the fish and mixed those well.
After that I flame 15 minutes until the fish completely be fried.
Finally it is ready to serve with rice
