-Una lata de leche condensada.
-Un vaso de leche líquida.
-5 huevos.
-Una cucharadita de ron.
-1/2 taza de azúcar.
-1/4 taza de agua.

Preparación / Preparation
Lo primero que hacemos es lavar la lata de leche condensada y abrirla, inmediatamente la colocamos en la licuadora, agregamos el vaso de leche, los 5 huevos, la cucharadita de ron, y licuamos durante un minuto.

Seguidamente vertemos en la quesillera caramelizada la mezcla que esta en la licuadora, la tapamos y la llevamos a la olla de presión, la cual debe tener una cantidad de agua que no sobrepase nuestra quesillera, le colocamos una piedra pesada a la tapa de la quesillera para evitar que esta quede flotando, tapamos bien la olla de presión, es así como cocinamos en baño de maría por 45 minutos, pasado ese tiempo, apagamos el fuego y dejamos que se enfrié, retiramos de la olla, movemos un poco para que despegue, llevamos a refrigerar para que compacte bien.
