Se trata de corazones de harina con queso duro!

Les cuento que está receta es fácil y práctica además puedes darle la figura que desees, pero como estamos en la semana del amor y la amistad pues yo decidí hacer unos corazones y decorarlos un poco para darle una llamativa presentación para el día de San Valentín!!

Los ingredientes son:
Harina de maíz
Queso duro rayado
Sal
Agua
Leche condensada
Lluvia de color rojo

Primero batí la harina de maíz precosida con agua y sal hasta obténer la consistencia de masa que no se pegue de la mano.

Una vez la masa lista le agregué él quedó rayado y con un pco de agua vuelvo amasarla bien hasta que se integre esté en la masa completamente.

Una ves la masa lista con el queso inició la preparación de mis corazones!

Tomé un pco de la masa y sobre la tabla la fui haciendo un rollito de un tamaño aproximado se 20cm.

Luego procedo a darle forma de corazón con las manos!
Claro está se le puede dar la forma que desees!!

Y finalmente se hecha a freír con el aceite bien caliente!!.

Una vez fritos todos mis corazones de harían y queso procedo a realizar una cubierta con leche condensada y lluvia de colores rojo.
